Artist Bio


I'm a native son of Pittsburgh, PA and I currently reside in Chicago,IL. The foundation of my training in the arts was built around drawing the human figure. In college, while studying illustration, I ironically fell more in love with graphic design due to the ever-growing power of the computer. I'm a lover of 'art for art's sake' and thus, my personal work is often straightforward in aesthetic but lacking in direct meaning. I approach art-making in any form; be it a painting or a digital file, commercial or personal, as a "craft" or skill that is to be honed and perfected. My curiosity when it comes to various media leads me to be most concerned with the ongoing refinement of my techniques.
