You'll need Adobe Acrobat to open and print these files. Chances are you already have one of the many free versions available on your computer. If not, no worries, you can download it for free here. (This link to the corporate site opens in a new window, so turn off your blockers. We can't be held responsible if they have naughty stuff on their site, though I doubt they would.)

| Our Community, About You | |
So what will we do with this info? We are going to make a infographic map that will show how many members are in each city/town. No names will be included in the infographic, it will only be a number and location. This infographic will get updated every 3 months and will be on the private LWA member site.
|
A lot of you have been wondering just who are your fellow members. We get a lot of questions about how many members are in a specific state or country, so we want to make a map showing the numbers of members in different areas. In order to gain a better sense of the LWA Community, we created a free OPTIONAL download that lets you fill-in any info about you that you would like us to know. This info will be kept between members and will only be used to let us all know who we share our love of letters with. Let me repeat this: This info will be kept only between members and WILL NOT be used for anything evil. Print, cut, fill out, and mail this off to our PO Box to participate in the LWA community map. 8.5" x 11", 1 sheet, black ink, 131 kb Tools Needed:

| Perfect Pen Pal Nomination | |
|
Do you have an awesome pen pal that you think deserves some postal appreciation? Nominate them for the official Letter Writers Alliance Perfect Pen Pal Award. Unlike our Pen Pal Award badge, this award cannot be purchased; it can only be awarded by LWA HQ. Good pen pals are hard to find, so give them the recognition they deserve. Download, print and mail in this form to let us know why your pen pal is a Perfect Pen Pal. If we think your pen pal is indeed perfect they will be awarded the award: a gold pencil that say "LWA Perfect Pen Pal" and a cut-paper gold emblem award in a fancy metallic envelope. 8.5" x 11", 1 sheet, black ink, 119 kb Tools Needed:

| Perpetual Calendar | |
|
Remind yourself to write a letter everyday with the official LWA member perpetual calendar. We have two version available: one with just date and month cards and another with date, months, and days. It just depends on what kind of organizer you are. The version with just the dates and days includes the LWA crest. This is some advanced paper sculpture, and we admit the directions can make one go crossed-eyed, so it may be best to just look at the diagram and construct from that. 8.5" x 11", 2 sheets, colored ink, 160 kb Tools Needed: |
| Novelty Pen pal Form | |
|
Have a little fun with your pen pal by sending them this joke application form. Especially useful for when you have been a little...slow responding to a letter (or letters). This tongue in cheek form will put a smile on their face and have them forgiving your slow response rate in seconds. This is not a form required for our pen pal swap, its just for your amusement. | Vintage Inspired Postcards | |
|
Cole Imperi, of Simplicity Embellished, is an avid letter-writer since the age of 12 and made LWA members a series of postcards as a download. Here is what she has to say about the download she made: "Inspired by my collection of vintage postcards and a trip I took to Australia several years ago, I thought combining both might make for a fun project." Cole set-up the file to print double sided and cut down to size. We suggest printing on cover stock and rounding the corners. Thanks Cole! For those that cannot print double-sided,
we made one of the postcard designs as a single-sided print
that
you fold and glue together. Let us know if you want the other
designs this way and we will try to get to it! Tools Needed: |

| Personalized LWA Stationery | |
|
Personalize your own LWA stationery. Comes in .pdf format for you to type in your own name in whatever font or size you wish. Please note: You need Adobe Acrobat Pro (see: not free version) to be able to add your name to this file. It's a bummer, we know. It's the only way we know to have a cross-platform file that can be edited. Sorry for those who don't have this souped-up version for Acrobat! Pdf help: |

| 16 Sparrows Downloads These are the free downloads available on the "funstuff" section on 16 Sparrows. No, these aren't exclusive to LWA members, but we figured we should put all the downloads here so LWAers don't have to go to different sections for all our downloads. Now, aren't we thoughtful? |
